2024 Basic Drone Laws

  • You must fly your drone at or below 400 feet.

  • All drones must be registered and should not weigh more then 55 pounds

  • You must be aware of No Drones Zone

  • You must always fly withing Visual Line of Sight so you or the observer can see the drone.

  • Drones can be flown without Remote ID equipment within (FRIAs).
